Abstract
This study used a qualitative descriptive method to determine the implementation of the use of project-based learning in learning English at Sungai Deras English Course and Training Center. The subjects used in this study were
students of the Beginner class Sd-ectc. Data collection techniques used in this study were field notes and documentation. Field notes are used to collect data, this
is considered very important so the criteria for reporting qualitative research are increasing. The researcher entered statements from a collection of field notes in the form of manunscib data. And documentation is a way of collecting data and information such as documents, images, audio, video, and information that supports research.
The results of the data analysis showed that the project-based learning method in the learning process is a learning method that can be used in learning English. The teacher's learning outcomes after implementing the use of a project�based learning method in the learning process are very good and very helpful. In addition, the use of project-based learning can improve students' thinking skills in imagining to create a project.
