Abstract
Vocabulary is one of the most important language components in learning the English language. Effective vocabulary learning requires a comprehensive understanding of various components including meaning, word form, word usage and pronunciation. The purpose of this research is to find out how the use of Word wall can improve the vocabulary mastery to students in English Village of Parit Baru. This research was conducted using Classroom Action method which includes 2 cycles. The research lasted for one month with a duration of four meetings where each cycle lasted two meetings. The findings of this research are the use of Word wall media is able to improve the vocabulary mastery of students in English Village of Parit Baru, this is shown from the acquisition of a mean score that clearly indicates the improvement that occurred. In the first cycle the mean score was 63 compared to the increase that occurred in the second cycle the mean score was 82. The results obtained by the researcher prove that the Word wall is able to improve the vocabulary mastery to students in English Village of Parit Baru.
