Abstract

This quantitative research was conducted to describe the pattern of professional learning orientation of preservice teachers at IKIP PGRI Pontianak. The total sample in this research were 498 students of students English Education
Study Program, the sample was used by saturation sampling technique. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach using questionnaire to collect the data. The online questionnaire was distribute to English Education Study Program. Descriptive statistics was used to analyze data
from the questionnaire. The findings of this research showed that CSCD have a good implementation to improve the practice of breeding. Students prefer to study collaboratively and in groups in improving their teaching practices. Based on the
result it can be concluded that the dimensions of REO and CSCD, if the implementation is applied properly then both will be focus to develop sustainable learning.
