Abstract

This research aims to see the intensity of the practice of professional leadership and shared vision and goals in schools and to see the variations across home regions and school levels in the practice of professional leadership and shared vision and goals. This research adopted a quantitative approach and used survey as the research method Questionnaires were utilized as the primary tool for data
collection, involving teachers from 26 schools located in 8 regencies within West Kalimantan. Subsequently, the collected data was analyzed using Microsoft Excel Software and SPSS 25. The research findings showed that there were frequent practices of professional leadership with mean 3.201 and shared vision and goals with mean 3.157 in the schools involved, and there were consistent variations with
the frequently scale based on school origin and school level.
