Abstract
This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The research findings from 8 school show that there are IHT and Annual meeting activities in the development of teacher professionalism, the school system also supports the process of learning activities by providing equipment facilities to support the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process, there are also discussion activities in the teacher's room namely MGMP and KOMBEL. Teachers are also
actively involved in evaluating school policies, active in providing suggestions and criticism to evaluate school policies. The difference is that of the 8 schools which are classified as junior high school and senior high school levels, there are schools that do not implement IHT, annual meetings, MGMP and KOMBEL. The application of activities to develop teacher professionalism is very important for the teacher's mind to be more able to deepen the learning that will be taught.
